This newly built contemporary chalet style house has style and top amenities, as well as a terrific year-round location. Conway House has open concept living with West facing floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for nature viewing, stunning sunsets, and French doors that lead to the front and side decks. Binoculars included! Main Floor: The main floor has an open kitchen, dining room, and great room - all housed beneath a soaring ceiling. In the living room, there is a gas wood stove for cool nights, and plenty of comfortable seating, along with a large TV with access to all your favorite streaming channels. The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, and electric oven) along with a large prep Island, soapstone counters, and plenty of storage including a large walk in pantry. There is a Keurig coffee maker (guest can use pods or make a pot), toaster, microwave, and Kitchen-Aid mixer. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with extra leaves that make seating for 8+. The washer and dryer are both located on the main floor as well a half bath. Just down the hall from the kitchen is the main floor primary bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Guest bedroom #2, with two (2) twin beds, is also on the main floor. Upstairs: Guest bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor, with a queen bed and tv. The 2nd full bathroom is located upstairs with a tub/shower combination. Also, on the second floor you will find a nice loft sitting area with record player and board games. This loft space can double as an extra bedroom by opening up the queen size sofa bed! Outside: Outside: in addition to the wrap around deck, guests can enjoy the screened in porch with TV or simply relax and take in the views of the river, stunning sunsets, and wildlife which is so abundant in the Berkshires, especially near a river. Guest can enjoy the solo wood stove with outdoor seating as well as a propane grill and extra seating on the front deck. An attached two car garage makes for easy access into the lower level and the stairs brings you right to the kitchen for easy unloading of groceries.
