Comfortable and bright 1 bedroom property with private entrance from the side of the house, full kitchen, full bathroom, vestibule area, and outdoor sitting area. On-premise parking, could fit up to two cars. The property is completely private. It has private entrance; full bathroom; full equipped kitchen with dining table, bar table, and mobil kitchen island; 1 spacious bedroom with 1 queen bed, dresser, TV and work space. The spaces available for the guests to use are exclusively the apartment, parking spaces, and the small patio space next to the parking area in front the entrance. Access to the backyard, garage, or any other space in the back of the property are prohibited. Trespassers will be persecuted. To access the lake you can walk around the property. You can contact me any time through the Airbnb app message. I’ll be checking frequently, and will do the possible to answer back in less than an hour. House rules: This place is suitable only for 2 guests (listed at the moment of reservation). More guests are not allowed. For verification and security reasons, a copy of a Government ID for every guest booked and staying in the property needs to be provided to the host upon reservation approval. Reservation will be declined/cancelled if IDs are not provided or if is not accurate with the information previously provided. A full actual face picture of the guests will need to be displayed on each guest's Airbnb profiles, that match faces with your ID. No visitors allowed in the property. No parties are allowed in the property. For safety reasons, no children under 12 years old are allowed to stay in the property. Please, report any damage, cleaning issues, or any other problems immediately so we can fix them for you. Do not try to fix them yourself. As a host, we expect that our guests take good care of the spaces that with a lot of effort and dedication we put together for you to enjoy. Please, respect and take care of our property. If there is something you need, do come and ask us, we may be able to help. Direct access to the backyard and to the lake from our backyard is temporarily closed and prohibited. You can access the lake from outside walking around the property. Access to the backyard, garage, or any other space in the back of the property are prohibited. Trespassers will be persecuted. This property is completely smoke free. Cigarettes, tobacco, vapes or any kind of smoke products are not allowed inside or around the property (We have children with asthma). This is also pet free property due to children with allergies. For security and safety reasons, before your reservation is accepted, you will receive a message with questions that require answers in order to approve your reservation. Please, respect our rules.
