Located on highly desirable Oak Street in Dennisport, you will relax and unwind in a newly updated 3BR/ 2 BA home. 2021 updates included a fully fenced in backyard and central air conditioning! Exterior renovations will be done Spring 2022! Updated master bedroom with a master bathroom including Electrolux washer and dryer. Less than 1000/ft walk to private Oak Street Beach and located in a family friendly neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance. The space Guests are free to use the entire home as well as outdoor space. We have outdoor seating for dining, there is a grill to use. There is also an outdoor couch to relax out back on as well as a plenty of seating around the firepit. Other things to note Our private beach, just for Oak Street residents, is a short walk down Oak street. We have a beach caddy and 6 beach chairs to make for an easier walk to the beach! Just be sure to have our beach flag( for summer guests only) when you visit Oak Street beach.
