Sunset Beach, BackYards and Velzyland - which offers perfect swimming in the summer and amazing surf all winter, turtle sighting on the sand and spectacular sunsets are all only a 3 minute bike ride away and about a 5-10 minute walk away. @dreamysurfshack This place is "Pinterest" perfect, modern amenities, two big cozy king beds, a cuddle up couch for Netflix and chillin, the most gorgeous backyard with a huge deck for lounging on, a full kitchen for cooking and the feel you'd expect from a modern surf shack - surf chic. Bright and Airy, you'll never want to leave except to surf or tan your buns. The dreamy surf shack is accessed via a private gate from the driveway. There is a walk way the leads you to your private lanai. And you enter through the sliding glass door. There is another door from one of the rooms. The upstairs tenants are available to help should you need, always met with a smile. This neighborhood has a unique vibe friendly people, surf culture and kiddos. You can ride to the beach or along the beach path and hit up The Sunset Shack for bullet coffee or Bonzai Bowls for the best açaí bowls this side of Haleiwa. There's public transportation with the bus stop down the street, but riding a bike can also get you to the grocery store or food trucks. Our home is located on a 1/2 acre but also close to the beach. Our backyard backs up to a creek so we ask that you are mindful to keep the screens/doors closed because of the critters and bugs that also call this area home. There is a family of three that live upstairs, they have one daughter that is 6. They are very active and spend a lot of time out enjoying the island. We have plenty of fans to keep you cool, but we do not have a/c.
