The space Guests have full private access to this 2nd floor very cozy two bedroom apartment newly renovated. Has a very spacious fully equipped kitchen with gas range oven and full size fridge. Plenty of cabinetry space for longer stays. One Bathroom with tub and shower. The living room has access to a nice balcony overlooking the back yard. Only one flight of stairs to access your home. Guest access Guests have access to a shared driveway and free off street parking. 2 cars max in shared driveway and any other cars after that off street. Your private back entrance is located in the very back deck of the house. Guests have access to use the back deck. All guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment with to bedrooms with queen size beds. All guests have access to WiFi and basic cable t.v.. Guests also have access to shared trash and recycling located conveniently by their private entrance. Other things to note We have dogs on the property but they only go out off leash in the fenced in backyard 3 times a day. You may hear some occasional barking at times but not excessive. The apartment is on the second floor.
