Seapointe Village: 1st Floor, Heated Indoor Pool

So much to do in all 4 seasons! Seapointe Village is a family friendly beach front NJ resort. Centre Court Residences are centrally located on the grounds. Amenities include indoor & outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, evening fire pits, basketball court, playground, fitness center, steam room, pickleball, and bocce. Indoor heated pool is open year round 10am-10pm. We provide towels, bed quilts & pillows. You must bring your own sheets & pillowcases. Wash & dry towels before leaving. The space Walk 5 minutes to our private beach - so gorgeous and peaceful. Hunt for shells, ghost crabs and horseshoe crabs in the sand and look for dolphins & whales in the distance. Wildwood boardwalk is a 10 minute drive. Historic Cape May is a 13 minute drive to enjoy fine dining restaurants, wineries, and shopping. Nature Center of Cape May offers programs, activities, and tours for children and adults year round. The grounds are meticulously maintained with vegetation and flowers to soothe and relax you as you explore the 17 acres of this ocean front property. Wildwoods Convention Center is a 7 minute drive away. NEW for 2023 ~Brand new Stainless Steel Appliances: Dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven all updated. ~Two Brand new Toilets in Primary bathroom and 2nd bathroom: Kohler Cimarron, Elongated Seat, Chair-Height. Please note: We provide towels, bed quilts, and pillows. Bed linens are not provided. You must bring your own sheets and pillowcases. Outdoor pools are open during summer months. Inquire about operating hours. Summer rentals: Our condo patio opens up directly to the Centre Court pool when the pool is open. This is a wonderful convenience for our guests. Please ask us to view the Seapointe calendar for operating hours. The gate off our patio is locked when the Centre Court pool is closed after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. Other things to note Please note: Bed linens are NOT provided. You must bring your own sheets and pillowcases. Our condo has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. The pull out couch is a full size mattress. For each bed, you will need to bring your own fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. We have towels for the shower and pool. Please wash, dry, and return towels to our closet before checkout. We have a washer and dryer in our bathroom. If you don't think you will have time to wash & dry, perhaps renting from a local linen company may be better for your family. Required Items: Guests are required to bring/supply the following items: beds linens (fitted sheets, flat sheets & pillowcases), beach/pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, other paper products, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, bath/hand soap, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. No additional overnight guests allowed. No Smoking. No Pets.
