The second bedroom has a Full bed and a Twin bed with a second adjacent bathroom that has a shower stall along with a new washer/dryer. The living room includes a large new sectional that also has a pullout queen memory foam mattress. A dining table also sits in the living room along with a flat screen tv hung on the wall. Each of the bedrooms and the living room has a mini split built into the wall for ac/heat. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Above the kitchen is a loft accessed via a ladder in the hallway. This is a great spot for older kids or adults to sneak away to read and get some quiet time. Outside, the deck includes furniture along with a new grill. The back yard has a new shower along with a shed stocked with beach chairs, cooler and 2 bikes. The owners of the house and their three kids love Nantucket and frequently stay at the house throughout the year.
