The lanai of Unit 103 offers direct access to the edge of the water affording endless possibilities without having to get in a car. Please note that stairs are required to access this unit. The space Additional Description: This spacious 3-bedroom is located on the first floor, which allows direct access to Baby Beach. No stairs and no need to walk all the way around the resort for beach access. The unit boasts views of the ocean that are truly remarkable. Sunsets, moonsets, and whale watching are all part of the itinerary here. At Puunoa Beach Estates you have full permission to put your feet up and sit in stillness. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed for the kids. Every bedroom includes high-end linens, a flat-screen TV, and all the style you could hope for in this chic condo. Also included for added convenience is a washer and dryer. Each of the two bathrooms comes with large walk-in showers, including an oversized soaking tub in the master bedroom (Bubbles anyone?). Speaking of bubbles, unit 103 dawns a gorgeous fully stocked gourmet kitchen for entertaining friends or preparing meals with family. A central a/c provides cool air to all rooms! **Notice: Beginning October 27, work is scheduled for several weeks close to this unit (Mon-Thu, 7am-5pm only). Impacts remain minimal: occasional brief entry/exit delays; reserved alternate parking by the clubhouse; potential limited daytime pool restrictions; possible detours on select walking paths; access to gym/clubhouse is restricted until sometime in December; and any noise primarily directed away from guest areas. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
