The space We recently renovated/updated the apartment in 2021. The whole apartment is for yourself! It has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a reading desk, a big couch in the living room, a 55" smart TV, a kitchen with all the cooking supplies needed, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The apartment size is approx. 1000 sqft and it is the lower apartment in a duplex. We do have a baby crib in one of the bedrooms. All the cabinets close to the floor have child safe locks. Since it is a downstairs apartment, footsteps from the upstairs apartment can be heard and so we provide earplugs if you’re light sleepers. Guest access Parking in the back, space for 4 cars and free off street parking next to the apartment. The access to the apartment is from the back, from the parking area. The whole apartment is your, but the a small utility closet is locked. The main Omaha attraction is less than 10min by walk, the most romantic in the evenings when the bridge is lighted. Other things to note As described by our guests, if you are lucky, you will encounter all kinds of wildlife, such as wild turkeys, deer, beaver/otter, rabbits, squirrels, and more :) It's very close to downtown Omaha, yet, this place has its own sanctuary/practical safari due to its close proximity to the Missouri River and park.
