Uptown Broadmoor Oasis!

Beautiful 2 br/1 bath Oasis in the Convenient and Quiet Broadmoor neighborhood of New Orleans. Our home is about a 10 min drive to the French Quarter/Downtown as well as St. Charles Ave or Magazine St. and closer to universities, so Uber and Lyft are great options. You can also walk or take a ride on our complimentary bikes to Calhoun or Freret street for great food, drinks, coffee, and live music. Our backyard is perfect for dining or relaxing outside under the shade of our large Live Oak! The space Parking is always available on our street, which is quiet and safe. Because most of our neighbors have their own driveways, 90% of the time there is a parking space right in front of the house. You are welcome to use the driveway directly next to the airbnb if it is available, but please be aware that this driveway is shared with the neighbors and is not always available. Please do not use the other driveway that is on the left side of the house. A cozy apartment with private entrance, 2 queen size beds, kitchen, and bathroom is designed to be a sanctuary for you to relax on your visit to New Orleans. The apartment can accommodate up to six people. 2 per bed, a comfy couch, and we have a twin air mattress as well. I have a large backyard that is a SHARED SPACE (I live upstairs!), my dogs are allowed to use the backyard so please be aware that you may encounter them from time to time if you are using the backyard. Kitchen: Granite countertops, sink, refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, range, microwave, coffee maker, knives, pots & pans, utensils, wine opener, and blender. The dining table can double as a work space, if needed. Bathroom: sink, toilet, and shower. soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Hair dryer and Iron are in the bathroom closet. Closet: they are large! Throw your suitcase in there and relax! TV- Guests have access to a strong wireless internet signal in the suite with use of our ROKU. We have 2 bikes for you to use freely! Let us know if you would like to use them. Just please lock them properly!!! Take the bikes to the quarter, get a frozen coffee and watch the Natchez go by! Guest access There is almost always street parking on my block. Uber and Lyft are your best options for getting around, you should be able to get downtown in about 15 minutes. I do however encourage people to explore other parts of the city as there are lots of other areas to see and lots of things to do!
