Large windows in the upstairs master give you views to take your breath away. The front deck & patio area is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and taking in those beach and ocean views. Spacious and open interior with plenty of room for everyone, bedrooms and baths on each floor. Dedicated parking is 2 doors away. Mandatory cleaning fee required. Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
