Heated pool, beautiful neighborhood!

THE HOUSE This home was recently renovated and professionally designed. Upgrades include two new bathrooms, plus brand new outdoor shower, all new furnishings, new paint and hardwoods. Central air throughout. Huge, private backyard includes heated, inground pool and plenty of room for lawn games. Or enjoy the shade and take a nap in the hammock. Two decks and a patio allow for lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful setting. Cook dinner on the brand new BBQ or the brand new kitchen appliances. After dinner relax by the firepit, watch a movie, or work on a puzzle at the game table in the living room. There is plenty of room to spread out! LOCATION 5 minute drive to the Seacrest hotel - perfect spot for wedding guests. You may never want to leave, but if you do, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - perfect for family walks or to let the kids bike around. If you're looking for a longer bike ride, the Shining Sea Bike Path is only 5 minutes away - an easy ride on sidewalks to get there. Walk to the Daily Brew for coffee or lunch, Lazy Sundaes for ice cream, or to mini golf and bumper boats. Or head to North Falmouth village for breakfast at The Stand or dinner at Epic Oyster. Old Silver, Megansett, New Silver, and Chappy beaches are all less than 10 minutes away. If you are looking for even more to do, take a 15 minute drive to Falmouth Center or the Mashpee Commons and explore the many restaurants, shops, bowling alleys, movie theaters, etc. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is also easily accessible for a day trip. It's impossible to be bored during your stay at The Hideaway! DETAILS - This house may not be ideal for young, non-swimming children! While the pool is fully fenced around the perimeter of the yard, there is no fence between the house and the pool. This could be very dangerous for toddlers or small kids and we strongly encourage you to consider a different rental home if you have mobile children who can not swim. - This is a peaceful, residential area - no parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 9pm to 8am - Sorry, but no pets allowed. No exceptions. - Sheets, bedding, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. - There is fast Wifi throughout the house that will support multiple devices. - Note that we have a Nest Doorbell at the front and side entrances and a security camera in the backyard. - Pool is open approximately late-May to mid-Sept.
