We have prepared the beach towels & beach mats, a cooler and body boards for you to enjoy...Special Declaimer: 1. It is a brand-new house with 3-bedroom 2.5-bath in a gated community. 2. There is an ADU attached to this main house that may have a renter there. It has its own entrance, washer & dryer and other amenities & yard space. 3. Sad scene of homelessness along West Coast but our home is inside of the gated community passing through Country Club and golf course.
