My favorite is the first floor which offers a huge open concept living room, amazing lighting throughout and gorgeously scintillating modern kitchen. The amount of space, coziness and lighting in this space is unbelievable and incomparable. There is an under cabinet lights in the kitchen blending with recess light through the house. Each bedroom has dimmer light to set your lightening intensity to your taste. The high quality Calcutta quartz kitchen countertop is stunning, beautiful and high maintenance. The second floor boosts of 2 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The best part of this house is the third level. This hidden gem will fill your heart with joy as it offers 2 huge bedrooms and a full bathroom with the entire view of QUINCY & BOSTON city just from this amazing home. FIRST FLOOR hosts an OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN WITH THE LIVING ROOM AND A FULL BATHROOM. SECOND FLOOR hosts ONE QUEEN SIZE AND ONE FULL SIZE BEDS IN ADDITION TO A FULL BATHROOM. THIRD FLOOR hosts TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS IN ADDITION TO A FULL BATHROOM. The entire house is flowery decorated and all hardwood flooring. What else can I say other than to make this place your home, relax and enjoy your vacation or trip to Boston or Quincy! Guest access All guest are able to access all part of the house. The amazing yard gives you a greenly view during the spring and fall seasons. The back deck/porch provides a nice relaxing area for our guest to relax after a eventful day. Other things to note Due to previous events that happened in the past, we would like our potential guests to know these changes: 1- the house only allows 8-guests max in total. 2- the house is monitored by a security cameras mounted both in front and back of the house. 3- NO PARTY/ EVENTS/ LARGE GATHERING of any form to be hosted in the house. 4- the driveway can only house 2 -3 cars only. No vehicle should be parked on the street/ front of the house. 5- All pets MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. For all guests visiting with a Pet/ESA/SA 1. Anytime the dog is outside, per the ADA, it must be on a leash or harness under the guest's direct control. 2. Anytime the guest is outside, the pet must accompany the guest. 3. If the guest leaves the property, the pet must accompany the guest. 4. If it’s a dog/cat, they will not be kenneled in the house at any time during the stay as a kenneled dog/cat would be unable to provide services or support to the guest.
