The Jefferson House

This cute apartment is centrally located 1 block from Missoula's river-front trails, 3 blocks from both downtown & the University of Montana campus, convenient to the I-90 interstate exchange, and within an easy walk of Missoula's best coffee shops, restaurants, theaters, and music venues. It features a queen bed and a futon making it a great option for two adults and one small child. The space This 450 sq/ft space is perfect for a couple with a small child. It features a kitchen with cooking essentials, a bathroom with tub/shower, and pull-out futon perfect for a younger person. It also has cable television, HBO, & wifi. Guest access The owners live on premise (upstairs on the second floor). The owners and guests do enter through the same front door but once inside the entry, guest and owner have separate doors into their own individual areas of the duplex. The guest will be staying on the ground level with front and back door access. They have access to their entire part of the duplex. Other things to note The train is located close to the rental and can be heard sporadically throughout the day. Although it seems like most folks in Missoula are used to hearing the locomotive, we just want to give you a heads up you may hear the train during your stay at the Jefferson House.
