The space The beach house features three floors with a distinctive yellow and blue front deck. Your reservation is for the third-floor apartment, accessed through the left-side entrance. This private unit includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Recent updates include all-new appliances throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a new stovetop, microwave, sink, coffee maker, and refrigerator, along with pots, pans, silverware, cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates, and basic condiments. The living room offers a new couch, a dining table, and a 65” LG TV with Pluto streaming channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, nightstands, and an extra fleece blanket. The closet near the entrance contains an iron and ironing board, extra pillows, and hangers. The bathroom is fully supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essential toiletries. The apartment also features 300 Mbps Wi-Fi and air-conditioning/heating throughout. One street parking pass is provided for parking within a 2-block radius, except in parking lots, handicap spaces, or meters. The entrance is located at the left side of the house with the blue door. Guests would walk up two flights of stairs to the third floor apartment. There are other guests who may have booked the first and second floor apartments. Other things to note Loud music, smoking, and parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of the downstairs guests and our neighbors. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as improper disposal may cause plumbing damage and result in additional charges. Guests must be able to climb stairs. Basic toiletries, linens, and towels are provided for your convenience. The front porch is monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and protection of our guests.
