The space This beachside villa has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, with the primary bedroom on the second floor spanning the entire width of the home complete with a home office and a spacious lanai to enjoy the absolutely incredible ocean views. There is another large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two more bedrooms, all on the second floor, and one more full bathroom that they share. One bedroom has a twin Murphy bed. The main living area opens up to the pool and covered lanai area giving you a fantastic indoor-outdoor space with multiple seating areas to lounge, have a meal, and enjoy the beautiful weather and sunsets. All bathrooms are gorgeously appointed and there is cool and quiet AC throughout the entire home along with high speed WiFi. Sleeps a total of seven guests comfortably. Which means you can enjoy the long stretch of beach and calm ocean with almost no one around all day long giving you a sense of privacy and security for you and your family and friends. This beach is known for its calm shallow waters on the inside that are perfect for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Beyond the shallow inside there is an outer reef with a rideable surf spot right out front, for intermediate to advanced surfers and ocean goers.
