REEL Therapy 5 is a prime houseboat in Venice marina on highly sought after B Dock! This  houseboat has a PRIME Location and Prime Dockage for up to two Center Consoles! Features: Directv, Central Heat / Air, Gas Grill, STARLINK Wifi,SMART TV with streaming, Commercial Ice Maker and much much more! Guest access Check-in is anytime after 4 p.m.(You may request an exception; however, it may not be possible). Once you turn onto Sports Marina Drive and drive past the guardhouse and Restaurant, turn left into the 4th parking lot after the large pavilion, just past the Sportsman Lodge. Walk out onto “B” dock (houseboat dock). Proceed to the ‘T’ take a right and proceed down the dock and you will see our tan 1 story boat on your right. There will be Gray/Teal REEL Therapy Houseboat Rental Signs displayed on the exterior. The houseboat also has a Superstrike charters logo on the side. DOOR ACCESS: Our houseboats feature keyless entry. The exterior door you will key in the code 2023 and you will hear the door unlock. Once inside the laundry area there is just a regular lock on the door to enter the houseboat. Please lock your door as you come and go from the houseboat to protect yourself and us as well. The exterior door on the porch you should press the “lock” symbol to lock at exiting. Dock Cart On the REEL Therapy 5 we have a dock cart for usage during your stay. This can be used for transporting items to and from your car, such as luggage, supplies and gear. DO NOT put any FISH OR BAIT in this cart! There is a Word Coded lock on the cart, we ask that when the cart is not being used its secured with the lock at all times, this prevents someone taking it or it blowing away- WORD CODE: BOAT/BOATS, Numerical Code: Same as door code
