You will be staying at Cowboy’s Lodge and Grille in the heart of town just next to the Yellowstone river and the little historic abandoned jail house. You can walk to the shopping and dining areas within 2 minutes. You can walk around the corner for a meal right at our restaurant (The Cowboy) This is a newer construction for Gardiner. Average age of buildings in this town are 50+ years old. This entire complex was built in 2009 We fully supply the rooms The space We clean rooms when a customer checks out. We do not offer daily housekeeping unless you will be staying with us for more than 3 nights Guest access For this 3 bedroom unit there is a nice outdoor sitting area with a large picnic table and another table with a couple of chairs as well. Our restaurant is located on the same property and can be accessed as well. Other things to note If you need to cancel your reservation at any point after the cutoff point, we are only able to give credit and or refunds of any sort with proof of medical emergencies. Otherwise all reservations that cancel late will have to pay in accordance with Air B&B policy
