The Parson's Cottage - Charming, Cozy, Adorable!

Less than 1 mile to Frasch Park. 1 mile to Frasch Golf Course. 1.1 mile to Creole Nature Trail Adventure Point. 1.5 miles to West Cal Arena and Events Center. 11 miles to Lake Charles Civic Center. 19 miles to Hackberry, Louisiana (fishing). 37 miles to Holly Beach. Many opportunities for excellent dining in Sulphur and Lake Charles! The space This house can sleep up to six people. Bedroom One - Queen bed with memory foam mattress. Bedroom Two - Two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. Living area - Sleeper sofa which sleeps two. Guest access Guests have accessibility to all areas of the house and yards with the exception of outbuildings. BBQ grill and patio furniture on patio of outbuilding is for guest use. There is no TV in the house, but high speed internet is available. Other things to note EXTENDED STAY GUESTS: Each guest who stays at The Parson’s Cottage incurs a cleaning fee which covers regular housekeeping costs at the conclusion of the stay. This fee is included in the cost at time of booking. If the cottage is found in conditions which require more than normal cleaning, additional fees can apply. For EXTENDED STAY GUESTS at The Parson’s Cottage, we offer a weekly cleaning service for additional fee if desired. The minimum fee for this service is $75 but could be more, depending on the condition of the cottage. If an EXTENDED STAY GUEST chooses to not utilize this service, we will inspect the cottage periodically during the stay. If the cottage is found in less than acceptable condition, necessary steps will be taken to remediate any issues. CITY WATER: Our city’s water can be discolored at times. This is beyond our control. NEIGHBOR’S DOG: A few guests have mentioned the barking of the neighbor’s dog. We apologize if this is a nuisance. We have contacted animal services for assistance.
