The home sits on a 100 acre ranch and your private home is at the end of a long driveway. There are two other vacation rentals towards the front of the property. Inquire if you have a large group and need additional accomodations. We'll be available to assist with your reservation as needed. You'll have the whole house to yourself. We are 9 minutes out of the quaint town of Whitehall that has grocery, saloons, gift shops, gas, everything you need. You will need your own vehicle. Lots of parking. We are happy to host pets disclosed in advance. We charge $50 per pet per stay. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends. This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property.
