The adjacent loft includes two twin-sized beds, also with mini-split A/C and a ceiling fan for added comfort. On the first floor, the second bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into a king, along with its own mini-split A/C and ceiling fan. The renovated, fully equipped kitchen boasts freshly painted cabinets, attractive countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and opens to the inviting living room, furnished with a new couch and loveseat. From here, step out to the private patio, complete with a gas grill and a high-quality outdoor dining set for six—perfect for enjoying warm Cape evenings. As part of our full-service program, this property will be professionally cleaned and detailed prior to your arrival. A base supply of cleaning products and paper goods will also be provided. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid.
