Home has 5 bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms plus a 4th hall bathroom. 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 4 twin beds. Multiple smart TVs throughout and a 2nd floor laundry room for your convenience. Outside you'll find a private fenced in backyard patio with dining furniture, relaxing seating area, a grill and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. Driveway parking for 4 cars. Enjoy the front porch and balconies with seating to relax. There is also a ping pong table, cornhole, games, bikes, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach toys and a beach cart for your enjoyment. All you need to do is bring your sheets and towels! The home is located in a great location with quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, tennis, mini golf and so much more. Ride your bikes (or ours) to enjoy all that Lavallette has to offer! The home has 10 beach chairs, a beach cart, a small cooler and beach toys for you to use (stored in the garage). We provide a roll of toilet paper in all the bathrooms, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, some hand soap, dish soap, washing machine tablets to get you started as well as a few white garbage bags. The kitchen also has a coffee maker. For food and other necessities, Lasolas market (open in summer) is just steps away, Wawa is a short walk a few blocks away, or you can drive over to ACME grocery store. Sleeping arrangements: The home has 5 bedrooms. The second floor has 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms have queen beds (2 en suite baths) and 1 bedroom sleeps 4 with twin trundle beds. There is also a full bathroom in the hall with a tub. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
