Adorable "tiny home" beach cottage. Built in 1889, this is tiny house living at its finest. A two-floor beach cottage has all of the modern day amenities you need to enjoy your summer. A great alternative to nearby apartments and condos. The unit is 450 sf - a bit bigger than most hotel room in the area. The space This charming tiny home is a 2 story, 2BR, 1B Beach bungalow/cottage which boasts an open front porch, a small chef's kitchen, and a washer/dryer all in a cozy space. The house can sleep 3 people in its current arrangement with two people sharing the full bed and one person on the single in the other room, if you're so inclined. That being said, it's a small space. More than 2 people may feel rather tight for extended periods of time. The house comes with 2 season beach badges, chairs and an umbrella. No beach towels. Please BYO beach towels. Rest of linens provided. Washer dryer in unit. Dryer is ventless and takes longer than usual to dry but works. The walk to the beach is about ten minutes through the very quaint Main Avenue full of shopping and restaurants. House faces West, however receives a lot of light and has skylight upstairs in front bedroom. Good storage and a small desk and good wi-fi to keep your remote work situation on point. Full equipped kitchen. Friendly neighbors - quiet area. Absolutely no parties or unregistered guests. Full season rental rates discount available. Please inquire. Guest access Full access to property. Other things to note Stairs to second floor are steep and narrow. House was built in 1889. Plumbing is very sensitive. Nothing in toilet but tp, please. Two AC units, fans and keeping the shades down keep the place quite cool during the day. That said one AC is in the main living area and the other in the main bedroom. The room with a single bed does not have AC. If you plan a setup that requires closed bedroom doors for privacy it may get rather warm in there.
