The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly. This is a split level home. The Airbanb is in the ground level and I live in the upper level. The Airbandb is fully independent with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Pretty secluded area, very safe and tranquil. We get visited by white tail deer and wild turkeys regularly. In just a few minutes drive from home you have Access to endless hiking and mountain biking trails . Very close to world class cross country skiing area . The road up the mountain has twists and inclines. During the summer it is easy access with pretty much any vehicle. During the winter You will need a four wheel drive vehicle. There is lots of space for pets to run around the perimeters of the home. Garden , fire pit, barbecue. I respect guest's privacy. If contacted I will be available as soon as possible. The most beautiful forest up a mountain. Just minutes drive from home you can go hiking . Very private, secluded secured but still 10 minutes from town. Visited by white tail dear and wild turkeys. lots of space to walk around and to be able to think peacefully. Super secure and private. Get some Peace and quiet. you will need a car to go up and down the dirt road . In winter you will need a four wheel drive with studded tires preferable. We do plow the road as needed. In winter there could be icy conditions on the road. This is Montana we get lots of snow and when it melts it could turn into ice. This is a beautiful home in the forest. We have our own snow plow truck. We service the road as needed during the winter. The drive to get to the home is a picturesque country dirt road up the hill with twists and inclines. Very tranquil and peaceful. This is the perfect place to get away from the city but still just minutes away from it. (10 minutes away from downtown Missoula ). No highways just go up and down Pattee canyon rd. You will need a four wheel vehicle to come up the mountain in the winter. Great for pets since there lots of space to walk the dogs and let them run.
