The Perfect Beach House! Avail Jul 1-8!

Update! We just opened modified our calendar to be open to book July 1-8 2026. Enjoy the 4th July weekend in LBI. Our beach house is renovated for a memorable family vacation in LBI. Spend the day at the ocean beach located two short blocks (300 yards) away or relax at the kid-friendly Bay Beach at nearby Bayview Park. After a day in the sun, head home to the converted garage cabana and let the kids play in the landscaped and fully fenced yard. Catch the bayside sunset just steps away. The space Invite all your loved ones because there is plenty of room for everyone! The house is set up perfectly for multi-generational family and friends. The first floor boasts a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bath. The kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances. The living room, kitchen, and large dining room on the first level offer plenty of space for comfortable living. The second level has four bedrooms. One with two twin beds, two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, one of which has a side-car bedroom for your little ones to sleep very close by but separately. Outside, the back deck has a comfortable outdoor sectional and a coffee table. Our garage cabana features a large farmhouse table with chairs, a whiskey barrel side table, a fridge, ceiling fan and games. The glass garage door, tropical plants, beach decor and twinkling lights makes this space a perfect back-drop for summer evenings. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are NOT provided, as is customary on LBI. We do provide pillows and comforters/ quilts. If you wish to rent linens and towels, contact a service such as LBIDreamMakers.com. Please note that bedroom number 5 (crib and sofa bed) is accessed only through the master bedroom. 6 beach badges are included with your stay. Please return beach badges before you leave. 6 beach chairs and a beach cart are included with your stay. Gas grill is available for your use. We fill two propane tanks at the beginning of the season. If you need additional gas, renters can purchase propane at nearby Acme.
