You'll love our spacious 2,000 sq ft home built in 2020 with 2 primary king bedrooms with bathrooms, 1 queen with an en suite bathroom, and a third-floor zen yoga/exercise space. Blazing-fast mesh high-speed internet with 400mbps. Three-stories, alongside the Bitterroot Trail, a 50-mile multi-use path. Walk or bike to downtown and the Hip Strip in minutes to visit restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, etc. It is Close to everything—trails, hiking, biking, fishing, and exploring Missoula. The space The first floor of this modern Montana space has a garage, carport, stylish entryway mudroom, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a shower. The second floor includes a brand new kitchen with new appliances, including a Fellows grinder, Fellow electric kettle, and a Chemex for those coffee snobs (we feel you), a Vitamix, an Instant Pot, plus everything you need to cook (and drink!) up a storm. We've taken great care in choosing all of the pots, pans, spoons, spatulas, measuring cups/spoons, and mixing bowls to be exactly what you need to chef it up, minus anything extraneous. There is also a breakfast bar, large windows, Floyd dining table, and LoveSac couch with extra living room seating throughout. A 65" Samsung picture frame TV is mixed in with local art and photographs for unobtrusive entertainment. Streaming services include Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Google Play, plus cast anything from your own device. Also on the second floor, attached to the queen bedroom with jack-and-jill doors, is another bathroom (1 of 3) with a full bath with a tub. This bedroom can also be used as an office with a floating desk and thoughtful design touches for a nice Zoom background (no one needs to know you're working from Montana!). On the third floor, we've styled a suite with another king-sized master bedroom with a full bath (shower). Outside of that bedroom is an open soft space with a Floyd daybed that can be used to chill or as an extra sleeping space. The soft space blends into a space to work out in, stretch, meditate, do yoga, or whatever movement your body needs, all while looking out onto the large covered balcony towards Lola Peak. The balcony has couches and chairs, string lights, and a place to relax outside. Guest access The entire house is yours, including parking for two cars with the garage and carport.
