Kauai Banyan Inn has beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for vacation suites located in the pastoral hills above Poipu. Each suite is equipped with everything you will need for a peaceful and relaxing visit to Kauai. The hillside location of our Hawaiian Plantation estate offers breath taking, panoramic views from each suite. Guests health & safety is our number one priority. Units are cleaned in line with current CDC guidelines. All units have high speed internet. The space When you enter the Ulu vacation suite you are immediately awestruck by the view of the Haupu Mountain Range and the Mahaleupu coastline through the large plate glass windows. Once you bring your attention back into the suite interior, you notice a beautifully appointed space with White Oak floors, stunning vaulted Red Cedar ceilings and a comfortable four-poster, pillow-top King bed. You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this space that feels like a very plush “tree house” named after the Hawaiian Breadfruit tree. One of the most revered places on earth, Kauai inspires a state of awe within all of us. Brimming with beauty, the oldest inhabitable Hawaiian island has both withstood the test of time and matured into a land of fertile abundance. Offering exceptional accommodations, adventures, cuisine and culture, vacationing on Kauai is a dream come true. Guest access Guests will have access to the Laundry room and BBQ area. All units are private. During your stay Host lives on property and is available to guests from 8am-7pm. Please contact host should your travel plans have you arriving after 7pm. Other things to note **WE DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST- We do provide a welcome basket of breakfast items, snacks and refreshments. Please contact us directly should you have any questions. ***CANCELLATION POLICY We understand at times unforeseen circumstances arise and cause the need to cancel your travel plans. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of a necessary cancellation. If you need to cancel your trip, we are able to refund your investment less a $50 processing fee, If you cancel at least thirty days prior to your check in date (60 days for stays 2 weeks or longer). As we are a small operation, and it is difficult to find a replacement reservation in a short amount of time, we cannot provide refunds if you cancel within 30 days (60 days for stays 2 weeks or longer) of your check in date.
