This hotel room is owned & operated privately, so it is not manage by the Hotel. The hotel comes with a swimming pool. 24/7 open front desk. The hotel unit is located in the heart of Waikiki. It is only 2 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, grocery store, golf course, the Honolulu zoo & Waikiki Aquarium, Close to bus stops that can take you to all the destinations you want to go, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, snorkeling at Hanauma Bay and visit the historic Pearl Harbor. The lobby is open 24/7. Check in: after 3:00 PM An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. If you wish to check in before 3pm an additional fee of $25 will be charged for each hour. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking out the same day you check in). An earlier check-in than 10:00 am would require and additional night to be booked. Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave the key card in the unit on the counter) A later check-out can possibly be arranged. If you wish to check out after 11am an additional fee of $25 will be charge for each hour. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking in the same day you check out). PARKING: There is optional parking in the hotel for an additional $40 per day depending on availability. Payable directly to the hotel. First come, first served, parking cannot be reserved (Check with the front desk after you arrive) Free parking by the Ala Wai canal next to the hotel Street parking available around the property (free or coin-operated) You can also Google free & cheap parking in Waikiki. Parking around the Zoo is free. The zoo parking lot is $1.50 an hour & you can park over night as well. The Waikiki Banyan has parking for a fee. International market place has parking for a fee. If you only want to spend time in Waikiki, you can survive without a car. Everything is in walking distance. If you wish to explore further, you may want to consider Shuttle rides, UBER or getting a rental car. CHECKOUT CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide coffee, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. LINENS & TOWELS: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the dresser. We provide for guest --- beach things (2 beach chairs) --- coffee and coffee maker, --- microwave, refrigerator. --- toaster oven. --- hairdryer, clothes iron, AIRBNB CANCELLATION POLICY: - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
