Welcome to our rustic and charming house built in 1905. It is conveniently located only 4 miles or less from all exciting activities of Boston as well as major universities such as Northeastern University, Boston University etc.Each rooms offers free daily WiFi, and has a full range of necessities including towels, and bedding. Arriving at late hours of the night? Check in at your leisure with the easy key-less entry. The space The apartment is pretty cozy, very clean, on the second floor of a 3 apartment building. Very close to Malcolm-X park You will have your private mini fridge inside the room as well as your own microwave Towels are provided. To ensure everyone's safety, I have incorporated security cameras in all common areas of the house including the living room, kitchen, main hallway entrance. Guest access You will have access to your private bedroom and access to all the common spaces, including living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Guest are free to use the microwave, the coffee machine and refrigerator. You are expected to clean after yourself. The apartment has a stove and oven, BUT guests aren't allowed to use it. During your stay I'm highly responsive on Airbnb or by phone. So please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. It's always a pleasure to help you Other things to note Keep the common space clean and be considerate of others guest at the house Quiet time: 9pm-8am EVERYDAY There's free street parking available. Each guests must carefully read the signs on the street before parking their car during the day, or overnight. I will not be responsible for any parking tickets, or towing fees.
