It comfortably sleeps 8 without pull-outs or bunks. Brigantine beach is called best kept secret of NJ- it is a quiet island close to AC's fun, restaurants and shopping, but away from the crowds. The house painted with sunny summer colors and decorated in contemporary style. There are 4 bedrooms in the house: 1 with king bed, 2 rooms with a queen bed in each, and 1 room with 2 twin beds. One of the queen bedrooms is downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. Dining/living room has dining table that seats 8+, couch and a 50" TV+DVD player+Roku streaming. There is still plenty of open space just to hang out. Cozy backyard is fenced in, there is a gas grill, patio table and a fire pit. Beach: You can walk to the beach (10-12 mins) or have an easy and short 5 minutes drive to the beach with shower and toilet. That beach has a permit only parking lot and we provide 2 car permits to you for free. 8 beach tags are included. Alternatively, you can also walk ( about 8 mins) to the bay or inlet (“the Cove”) where the water is shallow and calmer than the ocean. Remote work: large table in one of the bedrooms and smaller in another bedroom, all aside from large dining table downstairs, a comfortable office chair making your work day productive and not interrupted. Feel free to use beach chairs, boogie boards, volleyball, umbrella and sand toys stored in the utility closet. Surf board is available upon request, waiver and additional security deposit is required. Grill is propane, you may need to refill it if it runs out, the refill place is 5 mins away. Grill is maintained by the guests. Bring wood for the fire pit! It is safe and quiet neighborhood. Driveway fits 2 cars, additional street parking is available across the street. You can check out exact location and do a street view: 34 Delmar Drive. There is a bus with a stop nearby which takes you to Atlantic city. You can get to the boardwalk strip by car in 10 mins. Borgata and Harrah's are even closer- 5 minutes drive over the bridge. No need for a car: You can use public transportation to get to the house all the way from NYC, Philly or DC! Brigantine is very quiet and safe island with gorgeous beaches, and it is only minutes to the best entertainment and restaurants of AC. House balcony is the super place to watch the Atlantic City fireworks.
