In an owner-hosted, classic triple-decker home with normal family/town sounds. Pro-cleaned and pet-friendly. Adjacent to Boston by car, ferry/transit. Family time with everything you need. Enjoy our rocky beach or walk a few blocks north to the sandy, lifeguarded stretch. Cafés and restaurants are walkable, and groceries deliver. Quiet hrs: 10pm-7am for all. The space This home is perfect for mixed-age family groups with lots of open, as well as private spaces. The living room has a 70” TV for your apps. The soft and snugly sofa is a great place to chill on a rainy day and watch the waves. A bonus bistro table and rockers are are tucked into the generous, window-lined sun-room foyer for seaside tea-time. The primary and middle bedrooms have traditional beds, and the back bedroom with the second TV, can be used as a playroom, work from home den/office, or can sleep up to 3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The kitchen is open to the main rooms and ocean view, and is well-appointed for those who like to cook. But there are also tons of delivery options. Our home is filled with comfortable non-fussy furnishings that you can relax into. Plantation shutters throughout fully open to help you catch the view, or close for darkness and privacy. Guest access Guests have unique access codes and full private use of the entire first floor condo, including the in-unit free laundry. They may meet up with other building occupants in the shared back emergency exit, or on the first floor patio outside the front door. Other things to note Our cleaning fee ensures a professional cleaning between each reservation, as well as linen service of every sheet, blanket, and cover. Our reviews show that guests appreciate our fabulous cleaning staff almost as much as we do! We love dogs all year round, but the state beach only allows them in the people-areas in front of the house from Sept 15-April 1. We walk ours toward the south along the seawall beyond the people-places, and then let them zoom about for a bit of throw-time with a stick.
