Our rooms are furnished as pictured (55" smart TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc) & include 1 free parking space on-site. Bus stop across the street with express route to NYC (38min) and Hoboken/Newark train stations. Come stay in this calm, safe neighborhood with a huge County park just steps away! The space This room is in the 1st FL of our privately located townhouse in the township of Saddle Brook. The shared bathroom is located on the 2nd FL and is only shared with 2 other FEMALE airb&b guests when the other rooms are booked. Currently, my parents live in this house & they have their separate accommodations. Room is equipped as pictured with added black-out curtains for a more comfortable stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen. 1 parking space on premises will be provided free of charge.
