This charming Studio unit is located in the heart of Boston's art and cultural district right at next door to Symphony Hall and steps from the New England Conservatory and Northeastern University. The king size bed is very comfortable. You will have a private entrance accessed by the back of the building entering thru Gainsborough St. You will have several choices of restaurants and other entertainment options in the neighborhood. Symphony Hall is located on the same block and the Museum of Fine Art is just a few blocks away. Best of all, it is walking distance from the Symphony stop on the subway's Green Line. The Studio is shown here as a new unit, but it has been listed at Airbnb since 2017. A change of hosts forced us to create a new listing. It has always been a very successful listing for many guests that has rented it for the last two years with most of them as 5 stars. We put up as photos, some of the reviews of the place. Guest access There is a washer and dryer in the building hallway which is also used by other residents. All users need to retrieve their clothes after the cycle is completed. It is best not use the machines after 9 pm or before 8 am.
