Nice green lawn right next to the beach. The complex is situated conveniently in north end of Kihei; you can walk to the farmers market, ABC store, canoe club and the Kealia Pond national wildlife refuge. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and central Kihei only a few min. away. Come explore and enjoy the beauty of Maui while you make our comfortable condo your home base! Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker etc. Lanai: There is a bistro table with 2 chairs outside on our lanai area. This is easily our favorite spot to hang out. Bathroom: Two remodeled bathrooms with walk in shower. AC/Ceiling fans: AC and ceiling fans in both rooms (Living and Bedroom) TV: Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living room. Pool/BBQ: The Condo property has BBQ gas grills a gated heated pool with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and beautiful ocean views. Beach equipment: We provide everything you will need for beach comfort: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. If you wish to rent SUP's (Stand-Up-Paddle) or surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel equipment there are many rental vendors located nearby. Laundry: Washer and dryer inside the unit Unit: Our condo is on the 5 floor. Parking is free. Resort amenities: Parking, pool, BBQ grill.
