Special Fall Rates for Fishing Season! Monthly Rates! Waterfront private guest home! Your own beach for kids/dogs and a dock for your boat. Kayaks/SUPs included! Private Hot Tub on property. Take a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard by boat or ferry! Seconsett Island is a big boaters and kayakers destination off Waquoit. Fishing and shellfish all around! Very quiet and peaceful island setting where relaxing is unavoidable! Guests have been bringing linemen’s but arrangements can be made to supply The space Quiet Island location but close enough to Mashpee Commons, Woods Hole, Falmouth and New Seabury! Best area to Kayak, Paddle Board and Boat! This is a separate guest home on same lot as main house which remains mostly vacant except on some occasions when owner comes down to take boat out or has work to do on interior finish. Owner tries to be scarce while on-site and guests have use of entire yard, Hot Tub, beach and back patio of main house while there. Currently there is no laundry facilities on-site. Guest access Private Waterfront with beach and dock! Guests have exclusive use of the entire beach, lawn and back patio of main house by the water during their stay. And of course exclusive occupancy of the guest quarters. Other things to note Kayaks and Paddle board free for guest use! Dock space available!! July and August require 7 night weekly stay. Possible accommodations for less may be arranged.
