It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River. You will have access to the entire apartment, which includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. There is a small balcony off the kitchen which is used as the entryway. You are welcome to call, text, or email, if you need anything during your stay, otherwise you're left to yourselves. This apartment is located in downtown Davenport, at the foot of the Brady Street hill. The building was constructed in 1857 to house the Davenport City Hall. In a conversion to an apartment building in c.1910, the structure underwent a dramatic reconstruction, which resulted in its present appearance. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. If you're hanging around the downtown area, everything is walk-able. Palmer is just a couple of blocks up the hill. Bus routes on Brady, or downtown are easily accessible. The Greyhound & Megabus terminals are a few blocks away. Uber is readily available, too. This apartment is a 3rd story walk-up, with high ceilings on the first floor, and no elevator. If stairs are a problem, for you or anyone in your party, this property would not be a good fit. While the property does not have parking on the premises, there is unlimited street parking in front of the building, along the side streets, and in the adjacent CSL parking lot.
