Beautiful custom built cottage in the picturesque Shawanaga Inlet of Georgian Bay. Southwest exposure for all-day sun with the most incredible panoramic views of Georgian Bay in the heart of the 30,000 islands. Clear deep and shallow water for swimming and boating. Minutes from the famous Ojibway Club and magnificent boating in the Parry Sound and Pointe au Baril vacation area. *We are just north of Parry Sound, South of Pointe au Baril* The space Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday) Guest access Outdoor fire pit at the water (see photo). Bring your own firewood (we will supply the first bag to get you started). Fully equipped: all utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, microwave, fridge, stove & BBQ . TV (no cable), DVD player with lots of DVD's. You can also bring a data stick with movies on it. Books & Board games. 2 kayaks & a tandem Kayak for guest use. Linens are not included. Pillows are provided and mattresses have protective encasements. Other things to note Guests must sign rental agreement and there is a $500 refundable security deposit. Guests must take their garbage with them (we will give directions to the closest waste transfer station). Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited. When smoking outside please use the ashtrays provided. A $150.00 fee will be deducted from your security/damage deposit if there is evidence that guests have been smoking inside the cottage. We do not allow pets (unless previously arranged with us before your arrival). All pets at the cottage must be pre-approved and recorded on the rental contract. All dog poop must be scooped and disposed of from the cottage lawn, waterfront and driveway area. Failure to do so will result in a clean-up fee. We take this matter very seriously. Clients who have guests at the property in excess of the pre-authorized number(maximum of 6 people) are subject to either immediate eviction without refund or a $150 per night per guest charge, at the discretion of the Owner. o The cottage renter agrees to read and abide by the Household Rules and to use the inventory and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Any additional cleaning required, breakage or damage to inventory, equipment or any other part of cottage property, above and beyond normal “wear and tear” could result in the renter forfeiting all or part of the security/damage deposit.
