Other things to note Events & Gatherings To preserve the quality of the loft and respect our neighbors, all gatherings, productions, and organized activities require prior written approval from Brick City Loft before booking or arrival. Approved uses may include professional photo shoots, commercial filming, television productions, podcast recordings, interviews, business meetings, content creation, and similar professional activities. Social gatherings, parties, celebrations, dinners, receptions, and unauthorized events are not permitted. For safety, insurance, and occupancy compliance, the presence of seven (7) or more people in the loft at any time is automatically considered an event and requires prior written approval, regardless of whether those individuals are overnight guests. Unauthorized events or exceeding the approved occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. ⸻ Crib Rental A crib is shown as an available amenity but is not stored inside the loft.
