The space Situated on a knoll in Gloucester's Bay View neighborhood, Helena House offers peekaboo views of Ipswich Bay from the second floor bedroom with deck. Decorated with a European sensibility, the home is sunny, comfortable, and cheerful. GROUND FLOOR Living Room: A sunny room with a bay window, a stylish modern sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. Kitchen: The sunny eat-in kitchen has plenty of storage, a gas range, and a full-size front loading washer and dryer. Dining Room: Formal dining room seats up to 8. Bathroom 1: A half-bath off the kitchen. Den: The den (just off the dining and living areas) offers a comfy double futon if extra sleeping space is needed. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1: This bedroom has sliders to a deck from which you can glimpse the ocean, as well as a California king bed. Bedroom 2: A sunny room with twin beds. Bedroom 3: A corner room with twin beds and trundles for optional sleeping arrangements. Bathroom 2: The European-styled bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The toilet (and another sink) are separate and located down the hall. EXTERIOR: Outside you'll find a slate patio, hot & cold outdoor shower, and a verdant backyard. Other things to note A short walk takes you to Hodgkins Cove where you can swim and enjoy the scenery or walk to many fishing spots and quarries for swimming. PARKING There is parking for 2 cars tandem in the driveway and additional parking on the street. No smoking. No Events or parties.
