In the basement is a washer/dryer The community of 4 apartment homes share a large deck on the sand! there is garage parking for one car and additional parking is available in town lots. the garage space is only good for a car and will not fit a truck or suv. the clearance is 5'2" Guest access exclusive use of the whole apartment Other things to note there is one garage parking space this space will only fit a car a suv,van or truck will not fit in The apartment is fully air conditioned Summer rentals go Saturday to Saturday. Sometimes I make exceptions. When I do the rental must either start or end on a Saturday. Memorial Day Weekend 3 night, minimum and Labor Day Weekend minimum 4 nights check in is after 3 pm but usually you can leave your belongings as early as 11 am check out before 10 am For non summer weekly rentals, Most times, check in can be earlier check out much later just ask I provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and washing soap.
