The ground level has a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a large, covered lanai, perfect for BBQs and getting those workouts in even when you are on vacation. A small set of stairs leads to the main floor of the home. This level features an open floor plan with a living room/kitchen/dining room that look straight out onto the vivid blue water below.
