Find us on Insta @ wildflower.homes! The Wildflower Riverhouse is a riverfront home nestled in a secluded neighborhood minutes from downtown Cedar Falls. There’s lots to do at The Riverhouse. Brew some coffee and take in the stunning river views from nearly every room. Roast s’mores by the fire pit. Throw a fishing line off the dock or take the kayak on a sunset adventure. Relax with a book in the sunroom with panoramic views. Whatever you decide to do, we invite you to find home in the wild. The space The Wildflower Riverhouse. SLEEPING: 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and a loft space with 2 twin beds. BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms. Main level bathroom includes large soaking tub. MAIN LEVEL: sunroom, living area w/ TV, kitchen, bedroom w/ TV, and bathroom. LOFT: 2 twin beds and rec area w/ TV. - The loft is open to the kitchen/front entry area and is not an enclosed room. A retractable baby gate has been installed at the top of the stairs for child safety. The loft is accessible by going up an open riser staircase. LOWER LEVEL: living area w/ TV, bedroom, bathroom, workspace, exercise area, and laundry room. ENTERTAINMENT: - Kayak available for seasonal use and as weather allows - Outdoor fire pit with firewood - Puzzles and games for adults and kids alike - Roku-enabled smart TVs in each bedroom and living areas HOUSE RULES: - No pets - no exceptions due to allergies making the Riverhouse a pet allergen-free home - No smoking of any kind inside or outside on the property - Quiet hours 10pm - 7am - No party-like behavior - No unregistered guests allowed inside the house or on the property without pre approval from hosts - No gatherings of any kind without pre approval from hosts Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home except for a small storage closet in the basement attached to the laundry room and basement bedroom. Other things to note As parents ourselves, child safety is incredibly important to us. The Riverhouse includes the following features for child safety: - A retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs in the loft area. - Child safety locks on both the main entrance and sliding glass door leading to the sunroom. - You will notice an additional entrance to the lower level of the home, but we have restricted access to that entrance via locked doors inside the home. - Life vests hanging in the lower level laundry/storage room. - Baby gate available in the lower level hall closet to use as needed. - An exterior camera is mounted on the back deck. It is used to monitor the river’s water level for safety.
