Bedroom has a luxury queen bed and we provide high thread count cotton linens. There is lots of storage all around. Towels for the bath and the beach are provided. Some beach gear available: Boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers, towels and mats, snorkels and masks. There is a washer/dryer for your use, and soap is always there. Ceiling fans keep you cool and the mountain breeze at night is refreshing. Situated on the quiet, historic Walua Road walking trail, enjoy early morning walks or take a five minute drive to Kailua-Kona and beaches. You have an off-street reserved parking space as well as lanai with outside dining. Pool and Deck Access in addition to your apartment. Have coffee and breakfast on the pool deck, and watch the sunset after a day of exploring. Coffe, tea and muffins available on arrival. Our neighborhood is at cooler 500' elevation, and Walua Road is a narrow old road that has become part of a miles-long walking/biking trail. It's quiet, with no street lights, close to town but not walking distance. You will have to rent a car upon arrival at the airport, as Kailua-Kona does not have good transportation. Our home is about 10 miles south of the airport, in town. Our home is an easy 5-10 minute drive to amenities and beaches.
