Arrive there in just 25 minutes! The space This is the first-floor apartment in a two family dwelling where guests have full and private access to the entire unit. Guests will enjoy an open concept living with a large kitchen and open dining area, and large family room with a Roku TV where you can enter your own login information to access your favorite TV and shows. Please enjoy our kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, complimentary tea, complimentary coffee, and free Wifi. Bedroom 1 is the first bedroom off the living room which offers 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a full length mirror. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed with a large desk for working at home. There is parking available for two cars in the driveway. Please see directions on how and where to park. Laundry room is located in the basement and available to guests who stay 7 nights or more and request access! Guest access Self-Check in with key-less entry at the front door using a SmartLock. Other things to note *Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood so absolutely no parties or late noises allowed. Please also be mindful of your neighbors on the 2nd floor! *Although the apartment is on the first level, access to the apartment is up 1 flight of stairs, therefore it is not suitable to wheelchair access. *Please make sure to go over the listing description and house rules carefully before booking.
