The space With 1854 square feet of living space, additional lanai with built-in barbecue, this villa sleeps 4 and is an easy 3-4 minute cart ride to the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, Golf Club and Four Seasons Hotel. Bedroom configurations include: Primary Bedroom King Bed, Flat Screen TV, En-suite bath with large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, dual vanities. Guest Bedroom - 2 Twins, Flat Screen TV, En-suite bath with combination tub/shower and single vanity. Enjoy all the conveniences of home with high speed wireless internet access, full size washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen with all you need to entertain. One four-person golf cart is included to easily access the Resort amenity facilities. This villa has been professionally designed providing an upscale, sophisticated, yet comfortable feel. Four Seasons Resort Access: Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate. The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay. This property is compliant with Hawaii State Legislation (HB2078) for vacation rental accommodations and is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, LLC., Lic Short-Term Vacation Rental Registration (STVR-19-375782). Other things to note Guests will be required to provide an email address, complete guest list including first and last names of each guests, relationship to the principal guest, and ages for anyone 21 and under. (For bookings at Hualalai a separate email and mobile number for each guest 18 years and older is required for guest registration), flight arrival and departure details. Guests will be sent our rental agreement via DocuSign which must be completed to confirm the reservation.
