The home has original hardwood floors with a sleek black finish, 12 foot ceilings and an exposed brick wall in the dinning room. There are two full bathrooms with marble countertops. The master room has an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy a private fenced in back yard with slate pavers, a bbq grill. Charming string lights make for a delightful evening. Master bedroom: 1 king bed with 2 nights stands. Beauty rest mattress, mattress protector, Brooklinen and hotel collection sheets and duvet covers. A full body mirror, chair and side table . Chargers available. Large windows overlooking the backyard with blinds for a good night’s rest . There is a Roku TV. There is an en-suite bathroom leading to a large walk-in closet with hangers and a laundry hamper . There is a separate claw foot tub as well as a shower . Plush bath towels, hand towels , wash cloths and black makeup cloths . There are extra towels , sheets and pillows . Second bedroom: Queen bed, beauty rest mattress, mattress protector, Brooklinen and hotel collection sheets/duvet covers. Large closet space with hangers . There is a Roku TV. Third bedroom: A full bed with beauty rest mattress, mattress protector, Brooklinen and hotel collection sheets/duvet covers. A lofted twin bed with pottery barn sheets, shams and decor - your kids will love this ! There are children’s books , toys , colours - you name it ! Can provide a pack n play if requested. Second bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Kitchen : Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, dishwasher stove, oven, microwave. There is a counter top Emeril Lagasse toaster over/air fryer /rotisserie. Green pan ceramic non-stick pots and pans. Cups/plates/flat wear. Wine glasses, wine bottle openers etc. An electric kettle. A stove top authentic Italian espresso machine . A Cuisinart one cup coffee maker with a grinder for those serious about a free brew! The coffee machine can take Keurig pods as well. I provide coffee, tea , salt , pepper, spices, olive oil etc. There is dish soap , sponges ,and dishwasher pods . Living/dinning rooms: Style and comfort . 2 sofas , 2 side chairs , 57 inch smart TV.
