This is the guest suite of the main house, NOT the entire house. It is above the garage and is separated from the main house. Property is on its own private island. Waterfront, has its own bridge to go over the water. You will not have access to the main house, but you will be annexed to it. Parking is in the space to the right of the garage. You might meet the owner if he’s home. There are cameras monitoring the entire estate. Some activate once doors are open but there are no cameras in any private areas. You will access through the garage, guest suite, ground level amenities like the grill, fire pit, all the outdoor furniture. We have beach cruisers available for you to use. You can fish, kayak, bike, bird watch, hike and skate and ice skate in the winter. I will be available remotely for anything you need.
