This home away from home is located in the heart of Four Corners, in a quiet location close to plenty of fun activities. Bridger Bowl Ski Area is a short 24-mile drive while Big Sky Resort is 45 miles away. Visit Gallatin County Regional Park six miles away for excellent hiking trails, a swimming area and a beach for the kids, a picnic area, playgrounds, and nordic ski trails. Upon entering, you will come across a sunny open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and open kitchen. Come back home to unwind in the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa in front of a large TV with cable. If cooking is your thing, the well-equipped kitchen has your back with modern stainless steel appliances, which will definitely make cooking a breeze, so don't hesitate to show off your skills and surprise your friends with delicious homemade meals. The small, private patio off the dining area has a propane grill if you would like to step it up a notch. All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and there is a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by David Wilson of First Chair Destinations, license #PMP-RPM-LIC-118717 Guest access You'll use a keypad to enter the home. Enter your access code on the Schlage keypad by the door - a green light will flash when the code is accepted. If the light flashes red, the code may have been entered incorrectly; allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. After entering the code, rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door frame to unlock it, then open the door. When you leave, press the Schlage button on the keypad, then rotate the deadbolt toward the door frame to lock it. The door does not lock automatically, so please engage the deadbolt each time you depart. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A backup key is available in a lockbox if you need it. Make sure you're at Unit B - you'll see a sticker on the garage door and the unit is across from the water treatment plant, to the right of the driveway. Other things to note The unit has individual thermostats in the living room and upstairs hallway so you can control temperature in different areas. Please note: the AC unit can freeze up if left on continuously for extended periods. Give it breaks during the day or when you're not at the home. If it starts blowing hot air, turn the AC off on all thermostats and run the fan only for several hours to thaw the system. The AC unit is located outside the sliding door to the right of the patio furniture.
