The space Patterson is centrally located one hour from New Orleans (Home of Jazz), Lafayette (Cajun Country) and Baton Rouge (home of the LSU Tigers) on the Beautiful Bayou Teche. We have a local grocery store (Cypress Point) directly across the street from the Airbnb (7 am-7pm) Local Favorite: Directly across the street is Brodie's Cafe for delicious BBQ and Creole Food. (Menus in the Airbnb) Super Walmart is two miles away. We have Cajun Seafood restaurants, Cajun Meat Market (Black Kettle) and The Atchafalaya Golf Course and Idlewild Restaurant is 1/2 mile away. The Chitimacha Indian Museum and Cypress Bayou Casino is located in Baldwin 20 mins away. Our personal favorite, for fine dining, a 5 Star Steak House meets French Cuisine, Mr. Lester's is located inside Cypress Bayou Casino.
